Staying safe on a safari holiday

Safari holidays are fast becoming one of the most popular activity holidays in the world. You can chose from many locations worldwide and can even chose if you do one in the snowy climates (such as a Husky Safari) or places where it is substantially warmer such as South Africa.

When going on any safari holiday, safety must be a main concern. The first way to stay safe is by booking with a reputable, well known company. You should be able to find reviews on all safari holiday companies just by doing a quick search online and seeing what other travellers have said.

When you arrive at a safari resort, you will be giving all the safety advise you need regarding where and when you should get in and out of the vehicle, what to do should you find yourself in trouble and what to do and what not to do in terms of feeding animals etc. Although the animals may look very cute and friendly, you must remember they are wild and therefore you should never let your guard down completely.
